Mental Health Campaign

Mental health is the cornerstone of a fulfilling life, where positive emotions thrive, and challenges are viewed as opportunities to grow.

Join our mental health campaign, “Don’t Disappear!” The main goal of the campaign is to raise mental health awareness and provide self-help strategies.

As part of the campaign:

  1. We will visit every NCU faculty, providing informational materials on mental health awareness.
  2. We will encourage you to take the Mood Self-Test: https://ifightdepression.com/en/selftest
  3. We will share resources on where to seek support both at NCU and outside the university.
