Beata Rutkowska, PhD

Beata Rutkowska – Deputy Rector for Anti-Bullying (Anti-Harassment) Policy, PhD in legal sciences. Since 2005 employed at the Labour Law Department of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University. Her research interests focus on issues related to employment in higher education, as well as collective labour law institutions, with particular emphasis on employee representation.

As the Rector's representative, she has been involved in supporting all activities fostering positive relations within the university community and shaping the working, educational and scientific environment at the Nicolaus Copernicus University free from harassment, unequal treatment and other undesirable behaviours, so that the dignity of all persons forming the university community is respected.
